Parafresh ships from a US fulfillment center to 34 countries across North America, the EU, Asia-Pacific, and Oceania. Orders typically enter fulfillment 2 to 5 business days after they are placed, then ship via FedEx or USPS. US orders generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days after fulfillment. International orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days via FedEx after they leave the warehouse, plus any customs clearance time at your destination.

Processing time

Every Parafresh order goes through a brief processing window before it ships:

  • First 2 hours: order status is "New". You can email us with address changes or cancellation requests.
  • 2+ hours: order moves to "Accepted" and enters fulfillment. At this point we can no longer change the address or cancel.
  • Fulfillment: typically 2 to 5 business days for standard orders. Larger wholesale orders (more than 200 items) can take 5 to 10 business days.
  • Ship date: you'll get an email with the carrier and tracking number when the package leaves the warehouse.

Weekends and US public holidays don't count toward business-day windows.

Transit times are estimates from our fulfillment partner and do not include customs clearance, which is set by your country's government and can vary.

Where Parafresh ships {#countries}

We currently ship to these 34 countries:

North America: United States, Canada

Europe: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden

Asia-Pacific: Indonesia, Macau, Philippines, South Korea

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

Currently unavailable:

  • United Kingdom (temporarily paused, we are working through the customs requirements)
  • US military bases (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • Alaska and Hawaii (not supported by our current US fulfillment center)

If your country isn't on this list, please don't try to place an order. Our fulfillment partner cannot ship to it and the order will be cancelled.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of the package. US orders over a certain threshold may qualify for free shipping (see the cart for the current free-shipping minimum).

For international orders, shipping cost is the FedEx rate to your zone, which depends on weight and destination country. The full cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

This is the most common source of confusion on international orders, so we want to be explicit.

All international orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. That means:

  1. The shipping cost you pay at Parafresh checkout is the carrier fee only, not customs duties or local taxes.
  2. Your country's customs may charge duty, VAT, or other import fees on the package. These are set by your government, not by Parafresh, and they are based on the declared value of the order.
  3. You pay these fees to your local carrier or customs office, usually before the package is released. FedEx will contact you directly if fees are due.
  4. Refusing the package or refusing to pay customs fees doesn't generate a refund. If a package is rejected by customs or returned undelivered for any reason, Parafresh cannot issue a refund because the product was made and shipped on demand.

For Canadian customers specifically: Canada regulates supplements as "Natural Health Products" and may require a Natural Product Number (NPN) for some products. Customs may hold or refuse shipments that don't have the required licensing. Please check Health Canada's import rules before ordering. If your order is held or refused by Canadian customs, we are unable to issue a refund.

We will not under-declare the value of your order on the customs form. That's customs fraud, and it puts both you and Parafresh at risk.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with the carrier (FedEx or USPS) and a tracking number. You can also log into your Parafresh account and view "My Orders" for current status.

If tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days:

  • Check your account email and spam folder for delivery exceptions
  • Contact the carrier first using the tracking number on their website
  • If you still need help, email [email protected] with your order number

Delivery delays and customs holds

International packages occasionally sit in customs for several days or longer. These delays are outside our and the carrier's control. Once a package shows "in customs", the timeline depends entirely on your country's customs authority.

We can't:

  • Speed up customs clearance
  • Pay customs fees on your behalf
  • Refund delivery delays caused by customs

We can:

  • Confirm the carrier and tracking number
  • Provide the commercial invoice if customs asks for it
  • Reship at our cost only if the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit (not held in customs)

Damaged, wrong, or lost packages

For damaged or incorrect items, see the Returns & Refunds page. The short version: email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. For lost-in-transit packages, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Shipping to a different address

You can use a different shipping and billing address at checkout. We don't ship to freight forwarders for reshipment, because we can't guarantee the product condition once it leaves their warehouse. If we detect a freight forwarder address, we may cancel and refund the order.
