This Help Center answers the most common questions about Parafresh orders, shipping, returns, products, ingredients, and subscriptions. Most answers take less than a minute. Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Parafresh orders typically enter fulfillment 2 to 5 business days after they're placed. Large orders (more than 200 items, mostly wholesale) can take 5 to 10 business days. After fulfillment, you'll get a tracking email with the carrier and tracking number. For full details and per-region transit times, see Shipping & Delivery.
Where does Parafresh ship from?
All Parafresh orders ship from a US fulfillment center in the United States. We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, most of the EU, the UK is temporarily unavailable, and selected Asia-Pacific markets. See the full country list on Shipping & Delivery.
Will I be charged customs fees?
US orders are not subject to customs fees. International orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms, which means customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be due to your local carrier or customs office on delivery. These charges are set by your country's government, not by Parafresh, and they are the recipient's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent to your email when the order ships. You can also log into your Parafresh account and view "My Orders" for current status. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after the ship date, email us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Within the first 2 hours after placing the order, you can email us with the change and we'll try to update it. Once an order moves to "Accepted" and enters fulfillment, we can no longer edit or cancel it.
Can I ship to a PO Box, APO/FPO, or US military base?
US military bases (APO/FPO/DPO) are not currently available. US PO Boxes work for some carriers but not all, so a residential address is more reliable. Alaska and Hawaii are not currently supported by our fulfillment partner.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or were shipped incorrectly. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned. We do not currently offer change-of-mind returns. Full details on the Returns & Refunds page.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items and the packaging. We'll review and either ship a replacement at no cost or issue a refund, usually within 1 business day of approval.
My package didn't arrive. What now?
First, check the carrier tracking. If tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have the package, check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. If a package is genuinely lost in transit, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll open a claim.
Customs refused my international package. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, packages refused or destroyed by customs in the destination country are not refundable. It's the customer's responsibility to know the local rules about importing supplements, and to provide complete and correct delivery information.
Products & Usage
How do I take Parafresh supplements?
Each product label and product page lists the suggested use, including amount, timing, and whether to take with food. Follow the label. If you're unsure, please ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Are Parafresh products safe to take with medication?
Supplements can interact with prescription and over-the-counter medications. We can't give personalized medical advice. Always talk to your doctor or pharmacist before adding any supplement if you're on medication, pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition.
Are Parafresh products safe during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Talk to your doctor before taking any supplement during pregnancy or while nursing. We do not market Parafresh products as pregnancy supplements.
Can I take more than one Parafresh product at the same time?
Many of our products are designed to be combined (for example, sleep support at night and adaptogen in the morning). Don't double up on the same ingredient across products without checking the total dose. When in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Are Parafresh products vegan, gluten-free, or non-GMO?
This varies by product. Each product page lists its specific certifications and excluded ingredients. If you have a severe allergy, email us and request a Certificate of Analysis for the specific batch.
Where can I see test results or a Certificate of Analysis?
Every Parafresh product is manufactured in a cGMP-compliant US facility, and a Certificate of Analysis is available per batch. Email us with your order number and the product, and we'll send the COA for that batch.
Are Parafresh products tested on animals?
No. Parafresh products are not tested on animals.
Subscriptions & Account
How do subscriptions work?
You can choose a subscription on most product pages. Subscriptions ship at the cadence you select (most are monthly), with the price shown on the product page. You're charged per shipment, not in advance.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your Parafresh account, go to "Subscriptions," and click "Cancel" next to the subscription. It's one click, no phone call required, and no retention loop. You can also email us at [email protected] if you'd rather. We honor cancellations from the day they're requested.
Can I skip a shipment or change frequency?
Yes. In "Subscriptions," you can skip the next shipment, pause for a period, change the cadence, or swap to a different product without cancelling.
When is my next subscription order charged and shipped?
The charge happens the day before the scheduled ship date. You'll get an email reminder 3 days before each renewal so you can skip or pause if needed.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Sign In" then "Forgot password" on the login page. You'll get a reset link by email. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email us.
Ingredients & Sourcing
Where are Parafresh products made?
All Parafresh products are made in the United States in cGMP-compliant facilities. We work with a US-based manufacturing and fulfillment partner.
What does "cGMP-compliant" mean?
Current Good Manufacturing Practice is the FDA's standard for how supplements are produced, packaged, labeled, and stored. It's how the FDA ensures supplements are made consistently and safely. Note: cGMP compliance is about manufacturing, not product approval. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements.
Is Parafresh "FDA approved"?
No supplement is "FDA approved", including Parafresh. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they go to market. Parafresh products are made in FDA-compliant facilities (cGMP), and we keep substantiation on file for every ingredient claim. That's the honest version of what "FDA" means for any supplement brand.
Do Parafresh products contain allergens?
Each product page lists allergens and excluded ingredients. If you have a serious allergy, email us and we'll send the Certificate of Analysis for the specific batch you received.
Why don't you use proprietary blends?
Proprietary blends hide how much of each ingredient is actually in the product. Parafresh labels show the exact dose of each active ingredient so you can match what we're giving you to the research on that ingredient.
