How we choose ingredients
Three rules, no exceptions

Real, published doses
If an ingredient is on the label, the amount is on the label. We don’t hide doses inside “proprietary blend” language, a common trick that lets brands use less of an active ingredient than the research calls for.

Claims we can back up
Every structure/function claim on a product page (“supports a healthy stress response,” for example) has substantiation on file before it goes live. We don’t make disease claims, and we don’t promise specific results.

Nothing we wouldn’t take ourselves
No artificial fillers where a clean alternative exists. No banned substances. No ingredients added just to pad a label.
