Parafresh products are made in FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facilities, and we keep substantiation on file for every ingredient claim. Yes. Each Parafresh batch is tested for identity, potency, and contaminants (including heavy metals where relevant to the ingredient category). Test results are recorded on each batch’s Certificate of Analysis.

No. Parafresh products are not tested on animals.

No. Parafresh products are dietary supplements, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are designed to support normal body function as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Parafresh does not sell weight-loss supplements and does not use weight-loss marketing (no “before and after”, no “burn fat fast”, no diet promises). If you’re looking for weight loss, please speak with a registered dietitian or physician about an evidence-based approach.

We use the phrase “support hormonal balance as part of a healthy lifestyle” carefully and only on products with substantiation for that claim. We don’t sell products that promise to “fix” or “reset” hormones. Hormones are complex, and most hormonal conditions need medical care, not a supplement.

Because making stronger claims about a supplement is illegal in the United States unless the product has been approved as a drug. We’d rather grow slowly with claims we can back up than make claims that get pulled by the FTC, get our products banned from Pinterest, Meta, and Google ads, and ultimately get the brand shut down. Honest claims also tend to convert better with the kind of customer Parafresh is trying to serve.

We work with a US-based manufacturing and fulfillment partner that supplies cGMP-compliant facilities and per-batch COAs. We don’t publicly name them, which is standard practice for private-label brands across the supplement industry. What matters is that we are the brand of record, the labels are ours, and the responsibility for every claim is ours.

We use structure/function language only (we describe how an ingredient supports normal body function), never disease claims. New claims are notified to the FDA within 30 days of first marketing.
