These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website parafresh.com (the "Site") and the products, services, and subscriptions offered by Parafresh LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Parafresh", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase Parafresh products. Parafresh products are not intended for minors. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business (for example, a wholesale order), you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. Account registration
To purchase or subscribe, you may need to create an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected].
3. Products and orders
3.1 Product information
Parafresh provides product descriptions, Supplement Facts panels, and ingredient information on each product page. We make every effort to be accurate, but typographical errors, ingredient changes, or formulation updates may occur. The label on the bottle you receive is the authoritative source for ingredients, dose, allergen disclosures, and usage.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place the order, plus any applicable taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the Site, including after an order has been placed in cases of obvious error.
3.3 Order acceptance
Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase. We accept the order when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inability to verify shipping or billing information, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel, we will refund any charges associated with that cancelled order.
3.4 Inventory and availability
Products are made and labeled to order. Stock may be limited. We do not guarantee that any specific product, flavor, or batch will be available at any given time.
4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
4.1 How subscriptions work
You may subscribe to receive Parafresh products on a recurring basis (typically every 30 days). By subscribing, you authorize Parafresh to charge your payment method on file at each renewal until you cancel.
4.2 Renewal pricing and frequency
The price and frequency of each subscription are shown on the product page at the time you subscribe and in your account under "Subscriptions". Prices and frequencies may change in the future, and we will notify you by email before any price change takes effect.
4.3 Renewal reminders
We will send a reminder email 3 days before each scheduled renewal so you have time to skip, pause, or cancel.
4.4 How to cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log into your account at parafresh.com, go to "Subscriptions", and click "Cancel" next to the subscription you want to end; or
- Email [email protected] with your account email and the subscription you want to cancel.
Cancellations take effect immediately. You will not be charged for any renewal after the cancellation is processed. If a charge is processed after your cancellation request due to timing, contact us and we will refund the charge.
4.5 Skip, pause, change frequency
You may skip an upcoming shipment, pause your subscription for a defined period, or change the cadence, all from your account.
5. Payment
We accept payment through the providers shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. You authorize Parafresh and its payment processors to charge the payment method for the full amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms are described in detail on the Shipping & Delivery page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. International orders ship under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms, and any customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Returns and refunds
The Parafresh return and refund policy is described in detail on the Returns & Refunds page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: Parafresh replaces or refunds items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, and does not offer change-of-mind returns on opened or used supplements.
8. Dietary supplement disclaimer
Parafresh products are dietary supplements. They are not drugs.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Parafresh products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Information on the Site and on product packaging is for general wellness purposes and is not medical advice. Do not use Parafresh products as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are scheduled for surgery. Discontinue use and contact a healthcare provider if you experience any adverse reaction.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the Parafresh name, logo, product names, photography, text, graphics, design, and code, is the property of Parafresh LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Limited personal use (saving a product page for personal reference) is permitted.
10. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Parafresh systems, other user accounts, or restricted areas of the Site
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access the Site, except for search-engine crawlers operating in accordance with our robots.txt
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in reviews or testimonials
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Resell Parafresh products outside an authorized wholesale relationship (see Wholesale)
11. Reviews and user-generated content
If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content to the Site, you grant Parafresh a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. You represent that the content is your original work, accurate, not misleading, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Parafresh does not publish reviews that appear to be fabricated, that make disease or treatment claims, or that violate these Terms or applicable law. Per FTC guidance, paid or incentivized reviews must be clearly disclosed.
12. Affiliate, influencer, and third-party promotion
If you participate in a Parafresh affiliate or influencer program, you must comply with FTC endorsement guidelines, including clearly and conspicuously disclosing any material connection (paid partnership, free product, commission) in every post or piece of content that promotes Parafresh. Failure to comply may result in termination from the program and removal of content.
13. Third-party services
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (payment processors, email platforms, analytics, advertising networks). These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and Parafresh is not responsible for their content, security, or practices. See our Privacy Policy for the third parties we work with.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and Parafresh products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except where required by applicable law.
Parafresh does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Parafresh does not warrant that any product will produce a specific health outcome, will be suitable for any particular individual, or will be available in any specific format, flavor, or formulation indefinitely.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parafresh disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Parafresh, its members, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any Parafresh product, even if Parafresh has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Parafresh's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms and your use of the Site or any product purchased through it is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid Parafresh in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.
Attorney note: state-level law in California, New York, and a few other jurisdictions limits enforceability of some elements of this section. Have counsel adjust for state-specific consumer protections.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parafresh, its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, loss, liability, expense, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) your use of any Parafresh product in a manner inconsistent with the label and these Terms.
17. Dispute resolution and governing law
17.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
17.2 Informal dispute resolution
Before filing any legal action, you agree to contact Parafresh at [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days.
17.3 Arbitration

17.4 Jurisdiction (fallback)
If arbitration is unavailable or unenforceable in your jurisdiction, any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For significant changes affecting subscriptions or payment, we will notify active subscribers by email. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, cancel pending orders, or cancel subscriptions at our discretion for breach of these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
20. Miscellaneous
20.1 Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery policy, and Returns & Refunds policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Parafresh regarding the Site and any products purchased through it.
20.2 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
20.3 No waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.
20.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. Parafresh may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
